At Purely Hair Care, we take the quality, safety, and hygiene of our products seriously. Because our products are cosmetic and personal-care products, all sales are considered final.
No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and for health and hygiene reasons, Purely Hair Care does not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, tested, or simply no longer wanted.
Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
To be eligible for consideration, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number.
- Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product and packaging.
- Provide any other information or proof we may reasonably request.
After reviewing your claim, Purely Hair Care may, at its discretion, offer store credit for an eligible damaged or incorrect item.
Store credit will only be issued after the claim has been reviewed and approved. Cash refunds will not be provided.
Store Credit
Approved store credit may be used toward a future purchase from Purely Hair Care. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Store credit does not apply to products that have been opened or used, or to claims based solely on personal preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the product's scent, texture, appearance, or results.
Important Notice
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If your order appears damaged, take photos before opening or discarding the packaging and contact us promptly.
